Second Empire
Dinner at my FAVORITE restaurant in Raleigh last night. For the foodies out there…

After cocktails in the Tavern and being seated, I went for my favorite…Veuve half bottle of Clicquot.

First Course:
Crispy maine lobster & Camembert croquette
dried cranberries, sautéed oregon mushroom & roasted cauliflower, fingerling potatoes, braised escarole, lobster & thyme jus

Second Course:
330 Tavern Risotto
grilled french horn mushrooms, snow peas, baby zucchini, grape tomatoes, parmesan cheese, greek olive oil

Couldn’t resist a Malbec to go with…

And Maks and I split vanilla bean Crème Brûlée for dessert…

We went home STUFFED. And very…VERY happy!
