ACC Anger
- BACKSTORY: NC State lost to Duke last night after leading the first 38 minutes of the game by up to 20 points. This is what happened just now in the stairwell as I encountered a coworker...from New Jersey.
- Coworker: Sorry 'bout last night, yo. Go Duke!
- Me: Go Duke? WTF...you moved here 9 months ago...what do you care about Duke? Go pull for Rutgers or something.
- Coworker: Nah nah...I love Duke. My uncle went there for a year.
- Me: 'Scuse me?
- Coworker: Yeah, I'm a big fan...cause my uncle.
- Me: Yeah well, MY uncle served in 'Nam.
- Coworker: So?
- Me: Exactly! You don't see me telling people I'm a Veteran, do ya?
- Coworker: ....
- Me: *walks away*
